Pragmato is a real-estate consulting agency which has been exclusively focused on Land Development services since 2016. Acting as a boutique Land Brokerage agency, the company is able to fully dedicate its services to clients, through a distinctive approach that combines experience and expertise with a fair and personal touch.

With over 10 years' experience within the banking industry, focused on Debt Collection and Distressed Asset Management, Andrei Moraru is the Founder of Pragmato.

In 2016 he has started the Entrepreneurial journey with a dedicated focus on Land Brokerage.

The banking background and experience earned, in additional to the personal skills, help him sell and buy any piece of land. If you have any difficulties or problematic piece of land, for sure he will find a solution.

“After more than 10 years’ experience within the banking industry, focused on Debt Collection and Distressed Asset Management, I have decided that it’s time to make a step forward into my career. In 2016 I’ve started the entrepreneurial journey with Pragmato Brokerage, as I realized that the real estate market lacks such a niche product.

The banking background and experience that I have earned, in additional to my personal skills, help me deliver the best option for my clients. I am particularly proud to work on challenging projects, that require identifying and solving difficult problems connected to the land plots, because I always find the solution.”

With over 15 years experience in aviation, in both airline and airport, Corina has managed numerous ACMI/Charter contracts including business start-up and development and project management together with a consistent experience in coordinating and implementing airport infrastructure project development and airport business strategy and development.

Mrs Moraru has a masters degree in economics and certification in project management and risk management. As of 2015, she has also become IATA certified in airport master planning and strategic management.The consistent experience in aviation, both in airline and airport industry, along side her personal and professional skills and 4 languages she speaks have helped her to easily develop strong collaborations and identify business opportunities in a dynamic environment.

As of December 2021, Mrs Corina Moraru is the regional sales representative in Romania and Bulgaria for Citizen Plane, a french aviation company with global coverage.
